Ministries

The following ministries are occurring in order to help each age group grow appropriately in Christ. (Check the Calendar on the side bar for more information)

Nursery:

Children's Ministries:

Sunday School - meets at 9:30 am and covers the major stories of the Bible to provide a foundation for spiritual growth.

Children's  Church: meets during the Morning Worship service. (Children's Church - PDF format).

AWANA - (meets on Wednesday evening from 6:30 - 8:00 pm). AWANA is starting again on September 10, 2008 @ 6:30 pm.  Calendar coming

Sunday School - 9:30 AM

Youth Meetings - check the calendar for the events. Opportunity for fellowship among the youth and a devotional time of encouragement. Also opportunities to develop ministry skills through NAC.

Various missions trips - yearly missions trip to Urban Hope (Inner-city Philadelphia); have gone to Clayhole, KY, West Virginia, as well other locations. Other missions opportunities are made available to serve Christ.

Puppet Ministry, Music Ministry, Ministry development, Drama, NAC (Nurturing Abilities for Christ) - Contact Pastor Allen

Adult Ministry Opportunities: (Contact the church office for more information)

Drama Team, Music Ministry, Worship Team. 

College & Career: Thursday evening Bible Study, fellowship activities on Sunday evenings and other times. Contact church office for more info. This is for those in college or graduated, married or single. 

Adult Bible Fellowships - Sunday Morning @ 9:30 am:

Evergreen Class (meets in the auditorium)

Faithful Servants (meets in Modular A) - coffee, fellowship and Bible study with discussion. 

Women's Ministries:

Various Bible Studies meet at different times through the year for spiritual growth, fellowship, and encouragement. Contact the office for more information or check the Main page and Calendar links. 

Apples of Gold - mature women teaching younger women about Biblical responsibilities. Scheduled at various times.

Men's Ministries:

The Guild ~ Bible study that meets on Tuesday morning from 6:15 - 7:15 am. Currently studying 1 Corinthians. This is interactive and the coffee is on!

Senior Adults - God's Golden Gang:

Ministers weekly in four different nursing homes -- has a monthly fellowship meeting.
