Pastor Charlie currently serves as the youth pastor at Willow Valley Grace Brethren Church in Lancaster, PA where he has served for the past 11 plus years. His main focus during that time has been to lead teens to know Jesus personally and make
him known to those around them. He has worked diligently to help equip parents with the tools to effectively discipline their teens.
