Pastor Doug was born in Toledo, Ohio and grew up with two older sisters and a younger brother. He received his B. A. degree from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio and his Th.M from Grace Theological Seminary. Doug is married to Barb and they have four children: Karen, David, Kellyann & Benjamin and currently ten grandchildren. Pastor Doug had served as an associate pastor for fourteen years and a senior pastor for fourteen years prior to coming to Valley Grace. Doug began his ministry at Valley Grace in 2011. He has many interests, but travel, golf, smoking meat and computers are his main hobbies. He also teaches Information Technology at Hagerstown Community College and Blue Ridge Community College and serves as the Board President  & Database Manager for Three-Strands, a medical/evangelism missions organization.
