Our Worship Service uses beloved hymns and current praise songs of worship. A typical Sunday morning is focused on worshiping Jesus Christ through song, giving and time in the Scriptures. The message is designed to help us know more who Jesus is and what He has done for us and how that relates to our lives today.
What Should I Expect? After parking, please enter the main double glass doors at the back of the church into the Cafe area. You are invited to grab a bottle of water and check things out. After you finish, please enter the auditorium where you are free to sit wherever you wish or someone can help you find a seat. The Praise Team will lead us in music that will help us to reflect on our Great God and Savior and His love for us. The music style is blended with more recent songs being sung and some of the old hymns of the faith as well. The message is based on the Bible which God has given to us as our Playbook or Owner's Manual to learn how to live life as God has designed it. After the service, feel free to hang around, connect and make some new friends. If you want to check out some past messages, click HERE. Nursery (birth - 4 years old) is available and after our Secure Check-In, you will be taken with your child to the nursery if you choose to use it. All other children go to the auditorium for the music time. Many sit up front, but your children are welcome to sit with you if you desire. After the music, children ages K-2nd grade go with their leaders to the Fellowship Hall and children in 3rd-5th grade go with their leaders to what we call Modular B (the right hand side of our outdoor classroom building). Both groups receive a Bible lesson adapted for their age level. The Cafe is available to make new friends and connect with the church family. What Should I Wear? You will see some folks dressed up and others casual. So, wear whatever you are comfortable wearing. What About Children? We have a kids check-in area to help keep children safe. We ask that all children from birth through 2nd grade stop at our Child Check-In station if they will be attending one of our classes. One of our hospitality folks will direct you to the check-in table. Note: we take the security of your child very seriously and continue to monitor and update our procedures for the safety of all. In order to assure your safety, a First Aid Team is available and a Safety Team monitors the facilities during the services. We look forward to seeing you Sunday morning at Valley Grace!
